I am an American based in Germany who supports the professional development of business people (esp. ad /media execs) and their businesses (esp. ad / media agencies) on both sides of the Atlantic via my company, Creating Tomorrow: The Leadership Consultancy.

Since leaving the active advertising arena in 2005, I’ve moved from the faster pace of downtown Dusseldorf, Germany, to live in a picturesque village near the Dutch border. From there I divide my time between my immediate family (including my partner, a 25 year old daughter, a 23 year old son, and two dachshund puppies) and work throughout Europe, and nurturing a growing client portfolio centered in the Greater Philadelphia area, where much of my extended family still lives.

Creating Tomorrow: The Leadership Consultancy supports the professional growth of advertising and media executives and small agency/business owners on both sides of the Atlantic. We specialize in executive coaching, leadership and presentation skills training, as well as human resources development consulting for this target group.
