About Me

I am a life coach. I live and work in North County Dublin, Ireland. It’s on the coast and very beautiful. I am a qualified Life Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, Aromatherapist, Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, Indian Head Massage Therapist. I am always looking for ways to help myself and others to a better life. I’m a great admirer of Jack Canfield, Richard Bandler (one of the founders of NLP), Owen Fitzpatrick & Brian Colbert (Founders of the Irish Institute of NLP) & my personal coach - Sheri Fawson. My hobbies are swimming, walking, reading, salsa for fitness, meeting with friends, art and singing. I love learning new things and am currently learning millinery (hat-making) as a hobby!

About My Business

I have been in business for 10 years as an aromatherapist/ massage therapist. Five years ago I trained as a Life & Business Coach and have been practising since 2004. That was when I set up LifePotential. It took me a while to realise that - to be a good life coach - I didn’t have to have a perfect life myself. I just had to be willing to learn to improve my own life, and with that knowledge and experience, be in a position to understand and help others.
