Hi I’m Hayley Nicholls, the Energy Coach. People who have huge amounts of energy and spend their lives doing what they love, and loving what they do have always inspired me. I have traveled the world and lived overseas for many years and met many inspired and energetic people. Through my adventures and experiences I have come to appreciate that we all essentially want the same things; to be happy and to have love in our lives. A successful career in higher education and a sexy job traveling internationally eventually proved to be a hollow and exhausting life for me. Sick of my own complaining, and on the eve of my second marriage, I was motivated to hire a coach. My experience working with a coach not only opened up my mind to new possibilities but also tuned me in to my own strength to create the life that I truly desired for myself. It was such a powerful experience I decided to train as a professional coach and transition to a new life helping others to make similar discoveries about themselves. It is without doubt the best decision I could have ever made. I run Energy Coaching right in the heart of Auckland CBD and and am a Director of Samsara Therapies with my husband Malcolm who runs BodySpark (www.bodyspark.co.nz) , a Hellerwork therapy clinic.

I help women to live more balanced and meaningful lives. Energy Coaching is about ‘taming your internal tornado’ so that you can see your way clear to a different way of living. Energy coaching is an invitation to discover how to find more peace and passion in your life, starting with the inner self.
