Hmm…. Where to start? ;o)

I have a background in a range of industries including Tourism, HR, Hospitality, Finance, Market Research and business/training consultancy.

My education is in Pyschology and HRM and I also have my NZ Certificate in Adult Training (NZCAT) and am an accredited NLP Practitioner. (Talk about ‘life changing’ stuff!)

I moved to beautiful Northland in April 08 and am currently president of the BNI Whangarei Chapter. BNI has been a great way for me to get to know the business community.

I started Fusion because I have a passion for helping people develop and get the most out of life for the benefit of themselves and those around them. I do that via training programs and 1-on-1 NLP consultation sessions.

My long term goal is to franchise my business and develop my career as an internationally recognised motivational and keynote speaker.

I own and operate a people development business called ‘Fusion’ in Whangarei; working with business people and businesses to help them develop their people in core success areas such as communication, leadership, presentation skills and sales and service. My goal and focus for my organisational clients is that the investment they make in training is outweighed by the extra financial and intangible returns it generates. As a certified NLP practitioner I also offer 1-on-1 NLP consultations to help people eliminate their self-limiting beliefs, clear negative emotions and create more happiness and success in their life.

I believe success derives from effective habits and mindsets, and so Fusion programs are run in short sessions (2-3 hours) over a period of several weeks to allow participants to engage fully in each workshop, take it in without information overload, and then to infuse the new ideas into positive new habits in their work and personal lives, resulting in optimum impact and results.
