I am about as far from a “typical” entrepreneur as they come: young, female, and someone who had never met anyone who’d started their own company until I went to business school. I have no ideas about where to start, or even what to start, just a burning drive to do my OWN thing, whatever that is. That’s why I named my website the “Unwitting Entrepreneur”. Webster’s dictionary gives two definitions for unwitting: “unintended” and “not knowing”. I couldn’t find two better words to describe my own path to entrepreneurship!
Hopefully, as I embark on my mission to be my own boss, my blog will serve to encourage and inspire other women to be their own as well. Carpe Diem!
